Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 March 2026

1. Overview

Dis-Solved Ltd ("we", "us") provides AI-powered ADMET prediction and PK/PD simulation tools for drug discovery research. By using our tools, you agree to these terms.

2. Intended use

Our tools are intended for research and educational purposes only. Predictions generated by Dis-Solved tools are computational estimates and must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions, regulatory submissions, or patient care without independent experimental validation.

3. Free tier

The Researcher (free) tier provides access to the BBB Predictor, ADMET Toolkit, and DoseTrack simulation with up to 50 predictions per day. No account or sign-up is required. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits or temporarily restrict access to maintain service quality.

4. Pro and Enterprise tiers

Pro and Enterprise access, including API access and batch processing, is provided under separate commercial agreements. Contact [email protected] for details.

5. Accuracy and limitations

While we validate our models rigorously against published datasets and report performance metrics transparently, all predictions are probabilistic estimates. Model performance may vary for chemical space outside the training domain. We report validation metrics (AUC, MAPE, etc.) to help you assess reliability for your use case.

Specifically:

  • BBB permeability predictions are validated at 0.96 external AUC but may be less reliable for novel scaffolds
  • DoseTrack PK/PD simulations are validated for lisdexamfetamine only and should not be extrapolated to other compounds without modification
  • Abuse liability scores combine model outputs with structural heuristics and should be interpreted alongside experimental pharmacology data

6. Intellectual property

Your SMILES inputs and any molecular structures you submit remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. We do not store, log, or use your submissions for model training.

The Dis-Solved platform, models, and documentation are the intellectual property of Dis-Solved Ltd.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from our tools beyond normal use
  • Use our tools to develop competing services
  • Circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Misrepresent Dis-Solved predictions as experimentally validated results

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dis-Solved Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools or reliance on our predictions. Our tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
