Who we are

Dis-Solved Ltd is a Community Interest Company (CIC) registered in England and Wales, based in London. We build AI-powered tools for computational pharmacology and drug discovery research.

What data we collect

SMILES inputs: When you use our prediction tools (BBB Predictor, ADMET Toolkit), the SMILES strings you submit are processed in real time to generate predictions. We do not store, log, or retain your SMILES inputs or prediction results after the session ends.

Analytics: We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to collect anonymous page view counts. No personal data, IP addresses, or tracking cookies are used. You can view our public analytics at dis-solved.goatcounter.com.

Contact information: If you email us or request access, we store your name and email address solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not share this with third parties.

What we do not do

• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties
• We do not store your molecular structures or prediction outputs
• We do not use your inputs to train or improve our models
• We do not require account creation or sign-up for the free tier

Infrastructure and security

Our prediction services are hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the EU. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) through Cloudflare. We do not operate any user databases for the free tier.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we collect minimal data, in most cases there is nothing stored. If you have contacted us by email and wish to have your correspondence deleted, please email [email protected].
